Brent A. Barrow, M.D.
Dr. Barrow joined Vista Radiology, P.C. in 2008. He completed a fellowship in vascular interventional radiology in 1995 and a residency in 1994 at Emory University School of Medicine. He sat on the Residency Program & Resident Selection Committee at Emory University School of Medicine.
He received his medical degree in 1990 from the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where he served as Class Vice President, Aid to Impaired Medical Students Counsel, Alumni Council Representative and held memberships in the AMA-Medical Student Section & UTM-Medical Student Section Governing Counsels.
His career began as a registered nurse, then he completed his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at the Southern College of Seventh-Day Adventists in 1986.
At Southern College, Dr. Barrow was honored with Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, Beta Beta Beta Biology Society-Kappa Phi Chapter and awarded the Outstanding Senior Biology Student Award.
His memberships include the American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology, Tennessee Medical Association, Chattanooga/Hamilton County Medical Society, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Barrow was board-certified with the American Board of Radiology in 1994.
